This is how we created a tea, that calms down the nervous system and tones up your mind at the same time - our understanding of a lucid mind. INGREDIENTS: St. John's Wort, Sideritis Scardica / Mountain Tea, Blackberry Leaf, Pine Tips
BREWING RITUAL:
Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea for one cup. Fill your cup with hot water. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on personal preference. Add sweetener if you like. Breath in the aroma from the ancient Thracian fields and enjoy your cup of joy a.k.a. tea.
